Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters related to land use, zoning, subdivision plats, and long-term planning for the community.

The Commission reviews and makes recommendations on proposed rezonings, special use permits, plats, development regulations, and amendments to the City’s comprehensive plan. Their role is to help ensure that growth and development occur in a manner that is consistent with adopted plans, City ordinances, and the overall vision for the community.

Public meetings are held as needed and are open to the public.
